The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of email correspondence (basis: art. 6 paragraph 1.f of GDPR). If the correspondence concerns the process of entering into or performance of a contract by the Company, the personal data shall be processed also for this purpose (art. 6 paragraph 1.b of GDPR –> entering into and performance of a contract). The data will not be made accessible to anyone, unless necessary for the performance of the contract to which the Company is a party or arising from the rules of law. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data). Personal data shall be erased or anonymized at the latest after the expiration of potential claims related to the correspondence, especially resulting from the process of concluding and performing a contract concluded by the Controller, or earlier if an effective objection is made.
