The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of email correspondence (basis: art. 6 paragraph 1.f of GDPR). If the correspondence concerns the process of entering into or performance of a contract by the Company, the personal data shall be processed also for this purpose (art. 6 paragraph 1.b of GDPR –> entering into and performance of a contract). Personal data shall be erased or anonymized at the latest after the expiration of potential claims related to the correspondence, especially resulting from the process of concluding and performing a contract concluded by the Controller, or earlier if an effective objection is made.
