Expressing the consent is voluntary, and each of the above-mentioned consents may be withdrawn at any time. The consent withdrawal does not impact the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. Upon the consent withdrawal, data will be deleted excluding the scope necessary for the documentation of correct performance of obligations related to the processing of data for the needs of defence against claims (art. 6 paragraph 1.f) of GDPR, so-called legitimate interest of data controller). 1. The controller of the personal data categories presented above is INFRACHT Sp. z o.o. "Company" (address for correspondence: ul. Siewna 18 31-231 Kraków). Personal data will be processed for the purpose of conclusion and implementation of the services contract according to the Platform Terms of Use. Personal data may be processed also for the purpose of redress, determining or defence against claims related to the implementation of the contract in question, and for the purpose of direct marketing of the Company goods or services for the contract duration (the basis of the processing -> art. 6, paragraph 1.f) of GDPR, i.e. so-called legitimate interest of data controller), as well as email or telephone marketing, also after the period of contract implementation, provided that an additional, separate consent is obtained (see below). Personal data may be used also for the purpose of implementing public law liabilities arising from the rules of law (art. 6 paragraph 1. c) of GDPR). 2. The data will not be made available to anyone, unless necessary for the performance of the contract to which the Company is a party or arising from the rules of law. The Company may entrust your data e.g. to providers of IT or accounting services, or transfer the correspondence between its authorized employees.
3. You have the right to access the data, including obtaining a copy of data, right to data portability, right to rectification and erasure of data, to restriction of processing and the right to object (when the processing is effected based on art. 6 paragraph 1.f of GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data).
4. Personal data shall be erased or anonymized at the latest after the expiration period of potential claims related to the contract implementation, especially resulting from the process of entering into and performing a contract concluded by the Company, public law liabilities or earlier if an effective objection is made or the above-mentioned consent is withdrawn. The provision of data is voluntary yet essential for the implementation of the above-mentioned goals.
